Kansas has no reported cases of the coronavirus, but when that happens, I hope we get the same calm, reassuring, informational speech from our governor. Cuomo's demeanor was comforting to New Yorkers as well as providing what they needed to stay safe.
No lies, no downplaying. This according to a former neighbor who now lives in his state.
