How insulting and humiliating to the Puerto Ricans waiting for supplies to have the creature throw paper towels to (at) them. To paraphrase a news article, he throws paper towels while Germany provides electricity.

Who would have thought that Germany would emerge as a world power, and a respectable one at that. Thanks to the not-my-president, America is losing its place of importance and respectability they had before the election. I'm embarrassed for my country.
