I knew about Paul Rudd and Rob Riggle, but did not know about Scott Bakula and Mandy Patankin (Inigo Montoya from the Princess Bride)

And also didn't know about Don Johnson

"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime." - Mark Twain "Innocents Abroad"
This is the list I always go to regarding notables (not just celebrities) with KU connections.
Wikipedia: List of University of Kansas People
It's a pretty impressive list for ol' KU, and even then it leaves out some notables in athletics who were stars in their day, including a few NFL players that I remember quite well.
Pittsburgh Steeler TE Larry Brown (1971-84; a stalwart with 4 SB rings and 3 Pro Bowl appearances; a member of the Steelers All-time Team)
LA Rams defensive back Leroy Irvin (4x All-Pro; with LA 1980-89).
Star NFLers not in the list from before my time?
Otto Schnellbacher AA 1947; all-pro DB with NY Giants
Oliver Spencer AA 1952; played OL for Green Bay and Detroit
George Mrkonic AA 1951; played OL with Philadelphia and in the CFL
Mike McCormack AA HM 1950; NFL HoF OL with Cleveland, called "finest offensive lineman I've ever coached" by Paul Brown;
NFL coach; helped establish the Carolina Panthers.
Galen Fiss KU: 1950-52; 2x AllPro LB (1962,63) with the Cleveland Browns, NFL champion 1964
