Early signing period curiosity

I was browsing through the Rivals Top 250 CFB recruiting ratings and noted with some curiosity --

29 Rivals 5 star recruits listed
5 still undecided

Rather surprised that a 5 star HS player would not have made a decision in the early signing period.
Have to believe they essentially have their pick of programs to attend.
And I would think they would want to make their choice and then focus on finishing high school.

Just bemused...

According to Rivals only Perkins and Campbell have offers from KU, and only Perkins has medium interest in KU (Perkins KU interest is low)

I would be amazed if KU ended up getting any of these guys, but hey, got to have a dream...
