I don't follow football recruiting at all, in terms of specific players or ratings. But I note that KU is landing a solid stream of 3 Star players.
Is that a good thing for KU, and should we be pleased at this point in Miles' reconstruction? (I guess landing any players with any star rating is good for the worst team in college football over the past ten years).
Do 3 stars ultimately make us somewhat competitive, and we assume more wins may lead to 4 star guys?
Or is it just who we are, that we'll always be getting average players and maybe a few will mature into great players?
Really just looking for a general assessment as to whether Miles is rebuilding and doing well to get 3 star guys, or is it just we're happy to get anyone with some talent at this point?
Thanks.
