This is why for the first time since our return to Lawrence I haven't been to a FB game this year, and couldn't bear to watch after we were deep enough into the season to demonstrate that we once again just weren't going to be competitive.
Being competitive at least provides hope. The way our guys (can't really call them a "team") have played we see little to nothing to be hopeful about.
Next year almost certainly will be make or break for Beaty. If the team does not compete next year I see no future for him at KU afterwards.
