From City Slickers:

Mitch (Billy Crystal) to Trail Boss (Jack Palance): "Hi Curly. Killed anyone today?"
Curly: "Day ain't over yet..."

My all time favorite will always be Rhett Butler's "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn."

After getting that on the record, there are several I find popping up in my language in situationally appropriate circumstances.

From Jaws:
Sheriff Brody: "You're gonna need a bigger boat!"

From Independence Day:
Capt Hiller: "I ain't heard no fat lady!"
---
David Levinson: "Must go faster! Must go faster!" (Jeff Goldblum repeating his earlier Jurassic Park line)
---
Russell Casse: "I've been sayin' it... ain't I been sayin' it, Miguel? I've been sayin' it!" and
"Hello, boys, I'm BA-ACK!"

From Men In Black:
Edgar: "You can have my gun, when you pry it from my cold dead fingers."
Bug: "Your proposal is acceptable."

"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime." - Mark Twain "Innocents Abroad"

One of our RCB brethren has the Mongo being a pawn quote as his signature line. That’s a good one, too.

(Sorry, I’m too lazy to open another window to find the exact quote.)

You have some good ones, HE.

AF, another good one. I had forgotten how much I liked that movie, too.
