OK.
Had I never eaten real BBQ, my review would be different.....
It was fine....I will consume it, but I'll not go back.
Not a sophisticated palate here.....and BBQ has so many varieties/styles.
Meat was probably nicely smoked which I looked forward to....but they added sauce. HORRORS.
shudda known when the young man offered me access to the condiment bar that I wasn't in KS anymore.
It was tri-tip.
(Ok...maybe I'll investigate and see if I can say....hold the sauce or sauce on the side.....then I'd give it one more try.)
