I've basically given up. I've already gone down the "ok that was a setback, but they can learn from it and get better" road too many times this year. The fact is they AREN'T learning from it. We'll win some more games and probably lose some more. But I don't trust these guys.

At this point, my hope had degenerated down to "maybe they'll get hot at the right time and put together a streak at the conference or NCAA tourney".

Very disappointed that so much alleged "talent" can't seem to get their act together. Again. Ugh.

I wish I could, but at this point in the season I just can't see this group of players winning even at least a share of the regular season title*, which has always been Bill Self's first team goal every season. Even if our guys go on an 18 game winning streak and end up winning the Big 12 and NCAA Tournaments, Houston and Arizona must both lose at least 3 more games and Tech must lose at least 2 more games with just 10 regular season games left on each of their schedules for KU to claim at least a share of the regular season title.

Like you, NotO, I'm hoping they find their gear in March and shock us and the rest of the world (even those who picked them preseason #1) with a 10 game winning streak to finish this AY.
