Great stuff as always, HE!

With the calendar turning toward autumn, my thoughts went to our upcoming season and the fresh new roster. I came in here knowing it would give me the best update of any site, and sure enough it did. All thanks to you and your ever-present updates.

Thanks, amigo!

Yer welcome, mate!

I've updated the roster for the addition of David Coit, which used up scholly 13 for this year.
KU will only have 12 rides available for next year, then it will be back to the full 13... assuming there aren't any more changes to roster #s, which I'm thinking there are or will be. I've been "out of touch" with most things these past few weeks, just now starting to get back into college and KU sports.

INJURIES

As noted in the regulars threads, ELMARKO JACKSON is redshirting this season after suffering a torn patellar tendon Tuesday, June 4 in a workout during a youth basketball camp hosted by the Jayhawks.

On SEP 9 Gary Bedore reported in the Star (which I don't subscribe to, and won't link to) that two weeks earlier SHAKEEL MOORE broke a bone in his foot during practice and will be out until the start of the regular season. Looks like David Coit is going to get some reps in practice before then.

I updated the Roster OP to reflect Jamari McDowell redshirting, Hunter and Shakeel back from the injury list and David Coit playing significant minutes as on of the top subs.

As a result of the court cases settlement, the maximum scholarship and roster limits for D1 Men's hoops will be 15 starting with AY2025-26. That means that KANSAS will actually be able to offer 14 scholarships next year to cover the final scholarship lost to the 2023 NCAA penalty,

Roster updated to reflect my Zach's injury and my projected starting lineup and "Next" changes based on what we've seen through the Brown game.
