JayhawkSlant's Shay Wildeboor believes that Rice guard Noah Shelby, an old friend of new Jayhawk Rylan Griffen, may commit to KANSAS this week. Shelby made an unofficial visit last week which reportedly went very, very well, and he has not visited any other programs. Out of HS Rivals had him rated as a 4* ranked #88 in class, while 247Sports had him rated as 4* at #112, but he has not shown a lot in his freshman year at Vanderbilt or his sophomore year at Rice. If he does come to KU, talk is it would be as a walk-on.
KU Baseball -- Kansas (29-18, 15-12 Big 12) has gone 14-4 in its last 18 games after beating Houston in Hoglund Park on Senior Day. The 15 conference victories for Kansas are the most since 2014, the last time Kansas played in an NCAA Regional.
