KU is back in 1st place, tied with Tech, Baylor and KSU.
Half the confernce is tied a game back at 2-2.
Texas and WVU are tied at 1-3.
Poor OU is winless.
All 4 1st place team have one road win. The victims of those are Texas, WVU and OU (twice).
In short, all the pieces fell into place to absolve us from the loss at UCF and we're back in position to win it all. Now off to Morgantown. Hope the guys don't let WVU's 1-3 record lull them into a false sense of security.

Poor OKS is winless at 0-4.

OKS is 0-4, OU in the 2-2 group.
Absolutely agree with your no “false sense of security” comment.
Huggins may be gone, but the Coliseum is now only venue (other than 0-1 @UCF) where Self@KU endure a losing record (5-6).
Management note: going forward I’ve adopted OKS for Oklahoma State in all my files and records to eliminate any potential confusion with Ohio St and Oregon St (granted, highly unlikely in this forum, but in the broader universe of Division 1…) and to help with post formatting. Just an FYI.

It was indeed.
And notable for at least two things.
First, it was at Austin. (Well, DUH!)
Bad vibes in the new home arena for the shorthorns? (2nd year of Moody Center, capacity 10763; replaced Erwin
Center, capacity 16540)
(Was tu HC a little sensitive in reacting to the Knights’ “short horns” victory celebrations? Hmm…)
Second, it was the exact same game format as their win against Kansas. Trail by double digits, and then claw back to win it going away after making gametime adjustments that shut down the originally successful opposition offense in the second half.
Have to wonder whether this win, combined with the win against Kansas, says more about UCF or maybe about Texas, who has lost 3 of its last 4, including 2 (TT, UCF) at home?
It would seem to take a little — just a little — of the sting out of that KU loss in Orlando.
