Now some of you might say the heck with that, he tied Phog 5 wins ago. And you would be right but for the 15 vacated 2018 DeSousa wins the NCAA’s Independent Resolution Panel struck from the official NCAA record.
Now I’m inclined to agree with you. But given that Coach Self has said that particular ruling was fair given the state of the world in 2018, it looks like we’re dealing with him officially needing 10 more Ws to tie Phog.
So let’s all attempt our best “Werner von Braun” voices (pronounced “Vernuh von Brown”, just in case you weren’t sure) and begin to countdown as Coach Self approaches KANSAS history.
