You will recall the new transfer rules allow first time transfers to play immediately, no NCAA approval needed.
But any undergrad who has already transferred once must get NCAA okay to play immediately.
With this agreement, for at least this season every multiple transfer S-A who was appealing to the NCAA for approval to play immediately is good to go. Officials do not want to let the legal case negatively impact the S-As.
