I'm on travel, and I forgot to copy all my current season files to a
USB memory key to bring with me, so I don't have access to the same files
I've used for previous games.

Meanwhile, Whitlock is now on board for this season, and the NCAA is now
doing its NET rankings. Kansas is sitting down at #16, possibly because of
no true road games so far this season. But the Big 12 is looking good, with
seven of the top twenty (eight if you count future members):

 1 Houston
 2 BYU
 3 Arizona (future member)
 6 Baylor
13 Iowa State
14 Cincinnati
16 Kansas
19 Oklahoma

A team we beat, namely UConn, is ranked higher in the NET at 9. Unfortunately,
Sagarin is still AWOL, even though he's now done with football, except for one
final championship game, for which the participants won't be known for several
weeks. What will he do with his time?

But I digress. What about today's game? Oh woe is us. Kansas City is a
giant killer. They beat Avila by 31 points. They beat Saint Mary by 53
points. They beat Southeast Missouri by 30 points. Furphy should have
joined the Kansas City team; he could have been a Kangaroo! (Appropriate
for an Aussie.)

I left the current season for Kansas on my home computer, and I didn't want to
take the time to reproduce it here. Given that we don't have updated Sagarin
ratings, the predictions, probabilities, and errors are becoming more and more
meaningless as this season progresses, until such time that Sagarin produces
new ratings or I switch to another provider, so its absence isn't such a big
deal. I'll be back home before Saturday's tilt with Misery.
