Great college BB weekend

Purdue, Marquette, UConn, Duke and Kentucky all faced defeat and we get a big Dub!!! Lovin' it!!!

I saw a guy in the grocery store wearing a new Wisconsin hoodie. I told him "Great win today!!" He had no idea to what I was referring, but no matter -- Down goes Perdue, down goes Kensucky, down goes Puke, down goes Marquette, and our mighty Jayhawks soar ever onward and upward!!!!

I had more schadenfreude this weekend than I did turkey on Thanksgiving!!!

That's funny Bay. I often find I know more about other people's favorite teams than they do. That's across all sports. It's probably because I just love sports in general so I read a ton of junk on everyone and watch a lot of games.

I know it doesn't really matter but it is fun to be highly ranked. I'm wondering with #1, #3, #4 going down where the Hawks will fall. I'm guessing Arizona will be #1 and KU could be #2 or #3. Man the Big 12 is going to be a tough tough conference even with OU and Texas leaving next year.

Emotionally, I agree that it's fun to be highly ranked. Intellectually, it just puts a target on our chest and motivates the opponent more (although in AFH it could add to the intimidation factor).
