Good to see you come out of the shadows. Don't be shy--we won't bite!

Good to see your name pop back up, Freestate. I was asking the other night (I think maybe on this thread) who the former RCBer was that had the Grandpa Simpson quote about Misery as his signature line at one point. If my memory isn't failing me, wasn't that you? (Back in the day)

"Be on your guard. There are older and fouler things than orcs in the deep places of the earth." - Gandalf on passing through Columbia, MO
I believe that originated with someone else, but I couldn't say who that would be.

"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime." - Mark Twain "Innocents Abroad"
Your sig line is so much better!

I've missed NWGreybeard for a long time. Not sure what happened. I have a handful of posters I look to see what they have to say after a game. NW was one I always really enjoyed reading. There was someone else that posted their "Random Thoughts" after a game and I can't remember. I know several others do so now but there was one poster that I followed a lot...I'm getting too old to remember.

I believe it was Wallymo who offered "Random Thoughts" - haven't seen him here for years.

I still recount scene after scene from that classic...
