Huggins told the players that he was unsure who would be coaching them this season.
Huggins, 69, has 935 career victories and has a pair of Final Four appearances.
The DUI comes about six weeks after he made homophobic comments on a Cincinnati radio show.
Huggins was suspended for the first three games of next season and his contract was altered to a year-by-year agreement, and he also had his pay reduced by $1 million.
According to the complaint, Huggins recorded a blood alcohol level of .210 on Friday night.

I liked Huggins and will miss him as a coach. There's thinking that when he made the homophobic slur that he might have been drinking, and driving with a .21%, not having any idea where you are, and with a car full of empty beer cans, it sounds like he has a pretty serious problem.
Hoping for his own good that he sorts himself out and gets his life under control. Sad stuff.
