Nothing else I can say. This is a bogus bracket. We get penalized for losing yesterday after winning hands down the toughest conference in years. UCLA a 2 in the west? For real. Hope the team feels disrespected and tears through everyone.

Don’t blame the selection committee, Hawks had it in their power and they flat out stunk it up against UT twice in the last two weeks. It cost them and that 8-9 game, both teams at long and freaky athletic.

Yes, I will blame them. KU outright won the toughest conference in the nation. They played the toughest schedule in the nation too. They made it to their conference tourney championship as well. If their seeding is based on two games then that's just idiotic. They only have losses against ranked teams. Hands down they deserve the Midwest. It's ridiculous Houston doesn't hold a candle to them...

Replay - I don’t disagree with you, but KU winning one of those two games gets them the Midwest. Another way to put it, they left their fate up to the selection committee who year on year screw the brackets, recency bias or whatever, and that’s the one thing they cannot control.

They have more control over their own play. Yet they not only got walloped once by Texas, ok in Austin fine, but what the heck was last night. It cost them big time w/ region.

The whole body of work, entire season stuff is crap. But hope the boys carry this with them.
