Real Time took honors for best prognostications in Round 13, his fourth win of the season, with an
total error of 34 points.  My trend analysis pulled up the rear with a total error of 58.7 points.
Vegas retained the season lead with an average error of 8.7 points per game, while Dunkel is still
in the cellar with an average error of 10.6 points per game.

Two or three road wins were projected for Round 13, but only one happened, the one that was
considered a toss-up.  Texas and Kansas State both got surprised.  No road wins are projected
for Round 14.  We stay at the long-term average of one road win in every three games.
