Why didn’t KU students rush the court after this huge win?

Don't worry about the mules, just load the wagon!!
Oh yeah, because we have won about 90% of our games against K_state and we expect to win. And then there is the issue of class and aplomb.

Visualize Whirled Peas
KSU is an interesting case for me. I never really disliked them until Weber came along. He seemed to change the culture of there and the fan base embraced it.
It didn't help that we owned the "Temple of Multifaceted Mild Annoyances" for many years, but such is life.
I truly believe Tang is trying to change the culture there. His standing on the table chanting KSU was not something I think we will ever see a KU coach do, but his point was to cheer for KSU and not against KU and I think that is a good thing.

"When I was a freshman, I remember Coach Naismith telling us how important it was to play good defense." - Mitch Lightfoot
Glad that the subject of this post was a rhetorical question and not an actual question.
So far Tang seems like a decent guy with his positivity preaching. Nevertheless, he comes out of the Scot Drew camp, so it's hard to fully trust my initial impression.
"Temple of Multifaceted Mild Annoyances" - well done Kong.
I love coming up with fun names for the Polygon of Pointlessness too.

My 4th grade English teacher would be proud, except her son went to play baseball for the grapes despite her being a Jayhawk.
