Well our three new recruits committed. Self seems extremely excited about each of them. Can't wait to see what they can do.

Fixed your post.
And agree!

I don't think it is a coincidence that Jeremy Case was the lead recruiter for 2 of the 3. Case may very well be the next KU head coach. And hemay end up being our best recruiter.

As much as I like and respect JC, I don't see him as the next coach. KU is too big a name to go with an assistant, even a home grown one. Yes, it worked out with Roy but we were on probation, I doubt bigger names were knocking down the door. When Self leaves, we'll have our pick of head coaches to choose from.

You may be right, but I think him being homegrown and supposedly Bill’s heir apparent in this scenario, he has a good shot at the job. It’s still a ways down the road, and the success of the presumptive heirs at Duke and UNC may actually play a role in the KU decision process by then (examples showing it can or can’t work, based on their respective experiences), but I would not be surprised if he got the job if those two exemplars are successful.

I think I have this right, his father either played with or for Self. I think h9is father was also a coach. Corrections welcomed.
