It is a worthy read.
Not for the whiny first half, which focuses on the NCAA case with obvious distaste for Kansas.
But much like the title game it features, it’s the second half that matters.
The second half of the article is classic SI at its best, a great look at a coach and his players that acknowledges the trials and triumphs that led to the title.
If you’ve already read it, enjoy it again.
If you haven’t read it before, learn from the NC game and don’t quit at halftime… read and savor the second half.
