Almost needed another elixir after KU barely snuck this one out. Freaking TCU, they have no business being in the same zip code as KU at AFH. But they were

respectfully disagree. tcu really good. just beat tech and us, both legit top 10 teams. cld easily make it to sweet 16 with a decent bracket.

It is a cold day in he!! when TCU should be able to stay competitive in AFH. KU on ball defense was garbage, for out rebounded, missed FT’s again and snuck out the W…When TCU can compete with Kansas at AFH, something is not right with Kansas.

KU did not shoot the ball particularly well again this game but they did make some clutch shots when they really needed it. I would disagree with the on ball defense. I was very unhappy that Mr. Braun got beat multiple times on back door cuts. Mr. Harris needs to get a little stronger but I thought his on ball defense on Mr. Miles of TCU was quite good as was Mr. Yesufu's on ball defense. Hopefully this team can get their shooting touch back. The Hawks missed plenty of point blank shots and did not shoot the 3 very well. All of that and they still won the game.

This tcu not your fathers tcu. Well recruited and well coached. Hi quality wins. They will do some damage in the tournament. Not sure I was watching the same game. We shot free throws at 80% and held them almost even in rbs vs getting trounced in that regard on Tues ( tcu may be best rebounding team in big 12). The conference is way better than it used to be across the board. Baylor ( with Scott drew coaching them! ) won the natty last year. So we can make all the doomsday pronouncements we want abt something being wrong but nothing is, it’s just everyone has gotten better. We continue to be a team of fairly average athleticism that is well coached and plays hard and wins 85% of the time. To suggest there’s something wrong with that is the worst kind of uninformed fan entitlement at least in my view.

Big g…we’ll agree to disagree. If the rest of league steps it up, and HCBS has now on many occasions said KU needs to get more athletic, yet the outcome is KU gets blown out by big, athletic teams more often than they have in the past; that is not fan entitlement it is a trend. KU, be it the investigations, seems to not be recruiting the same type of athletes as before. The Morris Twins, Cole, Doke or TRob would have smashed the TCU center. DMac was bullied like a rag toy. Bough and Miller were all sorts of springy yesterday.. KU won at the foul line and due to TCU TO’s.
