KU women BB on a roll

KU women’s team having a really good season and handily beat KSU last night at home. Coach finally recruited some players with many from Europe although last evening the 6’6” C from a Juco had a great game against KSU’s really good C, Lee. They are actually fun to watch this year. They have two more winnable games coming up and then a brutal stretch against top 20 teams to finish off the regular season. Win 1-2 more games and they probably make the NCAA tournament.

The roll continues, beat WV at home. If they can beat TTU on the road Saturday, they should make it into the NCAA tournament. Last four games are killers against ISU (6/5, home) , Baylor (7/10), Texas (14/14, home) and OU (15/15). Right now they are just outside the top 25 in rankings at #27 in the AP poll but barely showing in the Coaches poll (1 vote).

OK, they beat TTU after being down double digits on the road. Now comes the hard part, four ranked teams to finish up the regular season. Probably will not be ranked on Monday but if they beat ISU at home this week, big if, they will be the following week.
Question, when was the last time both the men’s and women’s teams were both ranked at the same time?
