Player Rating - Iowa St.

My eye test said DaJaun and David had awesome games as well as Joe Yesefu. Jalen had a good game overall after a bad 1st half. But he did have 5 TO's which hits player rating pretty hard. Christian continued to struggle relative to his earlier season level. The player rating confirms all of the eye test. McCormack's player rating was the 3rd best of the season for all players and DaJuan's was 14th best.

As for the 20 best player ratings;
McCormack has 6
Martin has 1
Agbaji has 3
Braun has 4
Wilson has 4
Harris has 2.

Hopefully Mr. McCormack can keep himself in the frame of mind that leads to a performance like this. It was not perfect but when he made mistakes it did not affect the rest of his game. Keep up the good work sir.

I definitely agree -- with the numbers and the eye test that CB has been not playing as well as he did for the first third or so of the season. With that said, I felt he played pretty decently last night and would have expected a higher player rating. He appeared strong on defense and was aggressive driving to the basket. Just a thought really.
