The board is so quiet. We snuck by ISU. Put the hammer down on Huggie and WVU. Tech has lost. Baylor has lost. Hello? Hello?

All well here in Phoenix Wheaty.

Participation on the board goes down every year, and this year has been barely a whisper. It shows hundreds of people read the posts, but no one is participating. Kind of a shame.

I lurked for years before chiming in, so hopefully others will feel OK starting to post.

I'm baaaack...

So, I haven't been here in a really long time. Have been living out of a suitcase for the last 2+ years with limited internet access. Short version...we relocated to our "forever" home in Cheyenne WY to be near the Grand kiddos in NE CO, but I couldn't retire yet (age and $$), so I spent vast majority of my time continuing to work in Las Vegas as a commuter (nothing for me in Cheyenne). Got really old so I fully retired effective 31 Dec 2021.

Now that the holiday crisis dust has settled (lost my Mom just before Christmas), I'm finally able to relax and start spending more time online.

So, to answer the question, we're fine here!

All well here - 35 miles southeast of Denver. Tried to post the other day, but the board zapped me. My interest level has been low, but the Big 12 race is looking more interesting now.
Am afraid to ask what LFK stands for.

Doing peachy. Have a 12 year old grand daughter who keeps getting breakthrough Covid. No symptoms. Lawrence is pretty hot right now with infections. About 7 deaths in the last month in LFK and LMH is pretty full but not overwhelmed.

Got it. Part of my confusion was I thought you lived in SoCal?

I was in CA for 36 years. Retired 3 years ago. Came back to God’s country to be with the Mom Unit, who passed a few months after I arrived here. Thankful for those months.
