Hairy, I could not watch the game tonight. Was it one of those nights, because I really though KU would put a double digit win after Saturday. An TT is on a roll.
I thought both teams played good defense. The ISU on ball defense was very strong and disruptive. I felt bad for Mr. Pettiford as it was his first game back since his injury and I am not sure he is 100%. He got abused several times in the first half. I think the Hawks had 10 turnovers in the first half. Without Mr. Martin as a scoring point guard we did not do as well. Mr. Wilson had 5 assists and that helped but we did have trouble with the pressure. 16 turnovers to only 11 assists pretty much tells the story. Mr Agbaji shot the ball very well and that really kept us in the game especially in the first half. ISU made some shots late in the game to keep the pressure on but we did just enough.
