My picks for biggest over-rated and under-rated teams

Rated well
Gonzaga - Ranked No. 1 and I have them as No. 1 in the DPPI. Probably the best team in the land.
Purdue - Ranked No. 3 and I have them ranked No. 9 in DPPI. Clearly a very good team top 10 team.
Kansas - Ranked No. 4 and I have them at No. 5 in my DPPI. Likely one of the best teams in the country.
Duke - Ranked No. 5 and I have them No. 8 in the DPPI. A young team that will get better.
Baylor - Ranked No. 6 and I have them No. 4 in my DPPI. They haven't played anyone yet but they are likely good
Memphis - Ranked No. 9 and I have them No. 13 in my DPPI. Will flirt with top 10.
Alabama - Ranked No. 10 and I have them No. 7 in my DPPI. They are good.
Kentucky - Ranked No. 11 and I have them No. 16 in my DPPI. Young and who knows.
Houston - Ranked No. 12 and I have them at 11 in my DPPI.
Tennessee - Ranked No. 15 and I have them at No. 24. Possibly slightly over-rated.
St. Bonaventure - Ranked No. 6 and I have them at 21.
BYU - Ranked No. 18 and I have them at 18.
Seton Hall - Ranked No. 21 and I have them at 14. They look good so far.
UConn - Ranked No. 22 and I have them at 12. On the verge of being underrated.
USC - Ranked No. 24 and I have them at 33. They are a top 25-ish type team.
Xavier - Ranked No. 25 and I have them at 25.

Likely Under-rated
Arizona - Ranked No. 17 and I have them at No. 3. Beat down Michigan.
Florida - Ranked No. 23 and I have them at No. 10. Look tough.
Virginia Tech - Ranked No. 27 and I have them at 6. Watch out for the Hokies.
Utah - Unranked but I have them at No. 15.
Michigan St. - 31 but I have them at 17.
Indiana - Ranked No. 30 but I have them at 19.
Iowa - Ranked No. 36 but I have them at 20
Santa Clara - Unranked but I have them at 23.

Likely Over-Rated
UCLA - Ranked No. 2 but I have them at 34. Spanked by Gonzaga. Possibly very overrated.
Villanova - They are ranked No. 7 and I have them at 27 in my DPPI. Definitely a question mark
Texas - They are ranked No. 8 and I have the at No. 22. Not terribly over-rated but some.
Arkansas - Ranked No. 13 and I have them at No. 43 in my DPPI. I am not sure why they are in top 25.
Illinois - Ranked No. 14 and I have them at 46. Over-hyped from last season.
Auburn - Ranked No. 19 and I have them at No. 37. Just don;t see it.
Michigan - Ranked no. 20 and I have them at No. 31. They could be a top 25 team.
