I think the last 2.5 seasons have underscored how badly we miss these guys...
Maybe we miss Jankovich too. I just don't see what Howard adds, even on the recruiting front. Self can't do it all, and he really leaned on Dooley and Danny for both practices, scouting reports, game prep, and player interface. Coaches also need people who aren't mere yes men, who can call a spade a spade (real talk) and serve with alternative eyes and ears. I wonder if Coach is getting enough of this from the current staff.
