"Even if the Jayhawks don’t land another player — an unlikely outcome — the roster in its current form is still viewed as a top-10 team by most college basketball analysts." :)

And it should be noted that unlike previous years, this year’s unfettered transfer ability has us seeing high quality late transfers opting to move as they see the dust settling from coaching changes, late commitments (like TW) and potentially players deciding to return from early entry (deadline to withdraw from NBA Draft consideration is July 7).

April 28 the NCAA Division 1 Board of Directors formally approved the new transfer rules, and for this year only everyone has until July 1 to enter the transfer portal and be eligible to play this fall*, so we can expect to see a few more quality players available in the near future. For example, ASU G Remy Martin just entered the portal in the past few days and is seeing lots of P5 interest. So expect the talk of possible transfers to continue into July.

*After 2021 Fall term sports players will have until May 1 to enter the portal and still be eligible to play in the fall. Spring sports athletes will still have until July 1 to enter the portal.
