This is totally unacceptable. Another year of undeclared sanctions without benefit of due process.

It does, however, support the idea that the NCAA can’t make its case against KU so it continues to dig for support.

Totally agree…they’ve had plenty of time for what they seem to imply is a slam dunk case against us? This is just unfair…how long was the investigation into the UNC academic scandal…that managed to avoid the BB program?

Remember how the UNC case dragged on and on, and eventually fizzled? And that was a much more obvious and huge set of infractions. If this drags for another 12 months, I think it will also fizzle.
