UPDATE: with the newly edited video now in place, Chancellor Girod introduces Goff starting at the 13:35 mark.

You will have to go to the 27:20 mark to actually get to the start of the video. For some reason instead of editing the first "dead air" section out they have the introductory poster showing until the talking starts.
And Chancellor Girod actually introducing Travis doesn't start until the 40:50 mark if you feel like skipping all the kudos and congratulatory back slapping done for and by members of the search committee.
