The Cats are hanging with the Bears.

Had a chance to take the lead at the half but could not get the shot off.

Both defenses playing well, but Baylor showing lapses (e.g., two beautiful alley-oops where 7-0/265 Fr Davion Bradford was all alone at the rim). Both teams having issues with their handles, the other team's D to blame for a lot of it, but not all.

Would love to see the Bears go down here.

UPDATE: The Cats stayed with the Bears most of the way, but could not get over the hump. Finally got into too big a hole and could not climb back out of it, although they tried very hard.

My take -- refs favored BU, mostly by NOT calling obvious fouls that should have been called.

BTW, refs --

Baylor's Butler ended the half with two fouls.

The refs did not call two other obvious fouls on him (replay confirmed they should have been called).

Grrr...
