I met Long once, and he was very nice, energetic, and seemed excited about KU sports.
I really have no opinion about his performance, and can't determine if he inherited such a mess with the BB Adidas problem and then the dumpster fire of a FB program that he couldn't escape the consequences, or whether he just wasn't up for the job. I suspect the job he inherited was a disaster.
What I do know is KU sports needs a break, and must find a way to move the black cloud from over our head.
