Konza, I am so very sorry about your mother. I know exactly how you feel. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family

It'll feel better when it stops hurting

Socalhawk: "Here’s to enough wins to surpass UK !"

All of us are channeling those same thoughts! (And may there be no KU victories taken away once the NCAA/committee mess be concluded)

Thanks so much, Sasnak. She was (and always will be) a true gem. Kind, compassionate, giving, wiser than Confucius, and a major lover/backer of all things KU. She and my Pop are both now gone, but never forgotten.

Hug and show your gratitude for your loved ones daily.

Sorry for the late reply to "ROLL CALL!"

I've been a little preoccupied that past month with some health issues we hope to put behind us soonish. Don't have my password on my phone for this account and today I got some time on my computer so thought I reply to "ROLL CALL!"

It's been an interesting season no doubt. I'm looking forward to see the conference tournament and Big Dance!

I'm pretty much a lurker, but I'm checking the board multiple times a day.

Good luck dealing with the health issues, Jay!

Also here checking multiple times a day and trying to add when I can. (Sorry I'm late as well. I hold myself accountable and will not dispute the lateness on my permanent record.)

As a teacher who is teaching an all remote class of 34 fifth graders from the computer in his bedroom, I try to give my eyes a screen rest in the evenings.

I echo all of the thanks and appreciation to those who continue to post regularly -- also adding enjoyment and information to my day :)

Thanks, Hairy. What makes it extra tough is that as a teacher in the classroom, I'm always on my feet and in motion in some way (think of Mr. Lightfoot's constant energy :)) Now it's the opposite where I'm sitting all day so you lose so much dynamism. But bottom line, it is what it is and I continue to give my all and build relationships with the kiddos the best I can.

I do appreciate your email so thanks again.
