My new strategy is we play for 10 minutes and then start the game.
This Jayhawk team really struggles to make shots for the first at least 10 minutes of the game. The looks are not any easier or harder than what they are later in the game but at the start of the game they struggle to get them to go down. That is why I think we should play for about 10 minutes and then start the game. I hope the Hawks do not take the game Saturday lightly because of the final score of this one. For the first 30 minutes of the game every time the Hawks stretched it out to around a 10 point lead they would lose focus and make some silly turnovers or hoist heat check shots and let ISU back in the game. Still yesterday in the end they did put their foot down and really take over.
