Oh by the way there was a basketball game going on.

Hairy, I said that exact same thing to my wife about 4 times. I am the least political person I know. Yet when I watch my Jayhawks, my brain wants to focus on basketball. I thought Dickie V was incapable of actually analyzing a game. But Lance Blanks is pathetic. My Kingdom for a Jay Bilas who actually talks strategy and X’s and O’s. My wife started watching all the Jayhawk games with me about 7 or 8 years ago. She knew not a single thing about basketball before that. Now she can tell you if McCormack is posting to far out of if Jalen Wilson is letting his man get his shoulder past him too often because I give her a running X’s and O’s Commentary during the game. But I literally (and I mean actually) muted the sound 3 times this game because the persiflage coming from the mouth of Lance Blanks was completely distracting from the game. I’m sure all those topics are worthy of discussion. Just not in the middle of a game.

Agree! I watched pretty much the entire game with the sound off.

They talked about everything BUT the game and most times they didn't seem to know what they were talking about. They missed when Jalen hit his 3. Even my husband , who doesn't follow basketball, thought they were awful.

And, we seem to get LB for every game that is on ESPN+! I, too, have to turn the sound down to be able to watch those games.

Add me to the list of those who muted the audio. It sounded more like a radio talk show.
