What an offensive half. Good D

The Hawks played some good defense but my the struggled to get the ball to go through the hoop. They were not bad shots really but they would not go through the hoop.

0 free throw attempts in the half for the Hawks.

Really hard to watch. We don't look like #15....maybe #150. Ugh.

Hope these guys get can get their act together. TCU is NOT a good team and we're struggling to match their output. No bueno.

This offense is truly hard to watch. Their spacing is as bad as a KU team has been. Their motion is like slow motion and they have no one who can attack the paint. And David reverted back to the “have ball, will shoot” mentality. But man oh man, this is some of the best defense we have played after the 1st 5 possessions. Thank God because our offense is unbelievably bad.

What a bizarre first half. I only watched the last 7 minutes of the game live, but watched the replay this morning. I knew the halftime score, but TCU was hot for the first two minutes, and it sure didn’t seem like the stinker half was about to unfold. , but after the 5 min timeout, neither team could make anything. (I guess it’s fair to say KU couldn’t make anything after the tip off).

The Defensive plan against us is obviously take Braun and Wilson out of the game and dare Garrett and Mac to carry the load. COMBINED Braun/Wilson scored one bucket and that came at the 8 min mark of the second half. Braun has to be in for his energy, rebounding and toughness, but it may be time for Wilson to sit, clear his head and regroup. He’s way too talented to be as down in the dumps as he looks.

Foster is the new Vick (hopefully without the attitude and baggage), Freakishly athletic, can probably score in gobs and bunches, but just needs time to pull his game together.
