Is there something about the virus that might be affecting blue blood programs disproportionately? I can't think of a reason. Or did the FBI's investigation have a chilling effect on "recruiters" like WorldWide for these programs? Maybe the playing field has been leveled a bit.

Hadn’t really thought about the why, only the “weird”.

The FBI investigation seems like a plausible reason to me. Makes as much or more sense as anything else.
