Unusual to have this many talented bigs still undecided this late in the process.
No idea who's who or what the "final lists" look like, just a snapshot of who's still available.
And this does not address what freshman or sophomore transfer big men might be in the portal.
And in the past Bill has displayed a knack for landing a big fish late.
Just daydreaming...

Housekeeping the OP as former KU HS recruits opted to go elsewhere.
REMAINING IN THE OFFERED TABLE
F 12/***** Michael Foster 6-9/220
C 24/***** Efton Reid 7-1/235
PG! 32/**** TyTy Washington Jr 6-4/180
Of those left in the OFFERED table, TyTy Washington is the one prospect that Self & Co are still working hard.
Talk is Foster is most likely G league, but if he shocks all and goes to college it will be UCLA..
Reclusive recruit Efton Reid was supposed to announce a decision last weekend, but Mama pulled the plug on that, no new date has been announced, and Ohio St and Pitt are the rumored leaders, with Virginia, LSU and Florida State all in pursuit.
Today TyTy got a rankings bounce with ESPN, He is now their #12 recruit in the 2021 class.
247Sports and Rivals have him at 26 (just today) and 32 respectively, but I have read that he will get a big bump up when Rivals releases it final 2021 ratings in early May.
As has been noted elsewhere, Self is going hard after TyTy. Here's hoping he can get him to Lawrence.

JayhawkSlant’s Shay Wildeboor reports today after talking with Washington père…
Shay’s post (membership required to read)
According to Mr. Washington, Tyty is scheduled to conduct zoom calls with Kansas, Kentucky, and Arizona in the next 24 hours. Also, according to Mr. Washington, a decision is expected to be [announced May 15]. This really is a tough one to call in my opinion. I think the fact that Kansas was one of the first programs to reach out to Washington, and due to the fact that Bill Self told Washington that he was ready to turn the keys to the program over to the elite point guard, certainly makes it sound like Kansas is in a great position.

The original text in the above quote is updated for the latest info on TyTy’s decision announcement date - HE
The current Rivals #32 4* CG is expected to end up a 5*, possibly in the top ten in Rivals final 2021 recruiting season rankings due out soon (“early May” last I’ve seen, soonest after the last major event of the season, the Iverson Classic.) Iverson Classic, May 7-8

From Shay Wildeboor, Rivals Jayhawkslant, 2021-05-05 Pay site link
I just had a long conversation with Teddy Wheeler, the father of Sahvir Wheeler, the 5-foot-10, 180-pound point guard from Houston, Texas. During his sophomore season at Georgia, Wheeler averaged 14 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 7.4 assists per game. Offensively, he shot 39.9 percent from the field, 23.0 percent from behind the arc, and 74.0 percent from the free-throw line. Following his sophomore year, Wheeler made the decision to throw his name into the transfer portal, and a number of big-time schools reached out, including Kansas.
[Per his father] Kansas is firmly in the mix. Sahvir and his family have had numerous zoom calls with Coach Self and his staff and love the idea of possibly being the dynamic point guard that Kansas needs. Obviously, the winning tradition and the history stand out to the family, but the opportunity for Sahvir to continue to improve his game and fully prepare himself for the next level is equally attractive.
According to Mr. Wheeler, the next step is to have a conference with the family and others close to the family, narrow the list down to a manageable number, and then, not long from now, make a final decision.
Now, I received a phone call yesterday from a friend from another Rivals.com site telling me that he's hearing Sahvir Wheeler will ultimately pick Kansas. Having had a conversation with his dad just now, that wouldn't surprise me at all.
Other comments culled from the linked thread…
A small guard who can't shoot 3's?
According to dad, the KU staff sees him as a dynamic point guard. Keep in mind how a player like this can help the players around him more than focusing on his stats with a poor Georgia team where he was asked to be the man.
He won't have to be the man at Kansas, won't be asked to carry the load all by himself. He won't have to shoot from outside unless he's wide open. He had to create his own shot at Georgia and had to force a lot, one of the reasons he had lots of turnovers. At KU he just needs to get downhill and be a facilitator which are his strengths. He’s had some big games vs Kentucky and others this past year. Scores over length which is impressive, especially for his size. Phenomenal vision and feel. He's very quick and gets to the rim easily. Outstanding passer. 2021 2nd Team All SEC.
Bottom line: Would be a solid option if TyTy Washington goes elsewhere.

FWIW, one Slant poster whose opinions I value wrote the following…
It doesn't matter if the defense sags off of him, he still is one of the best at getting into the lane and creating easy shots for others. Plus, his jump shot is actually mechanically fine, he just had to force a lot last year. For those who don't think this is a big upgrade over Harris you are wrong. There's a reason why he's ranked so high on everyone's transfer rankings. He won't need to shoot in order to help our offense.
I was thinking we would use the last spot on a bigger guard but the thought of having a plethora of super quick guards who can score and/or facilitate to put constant pressure on the defense is rather interesting. Last year's team was sorely lacking this and it was our biggest weakness. Next year it could be our strength..
