KUSports.com: Baylor hasn’t yet faced Kansas at its best.

Good writeup looking at KU’s most effective player combinations and at Dotson being mostly MIA in H2 vs BU in Allen due to the hip pointer injury he incurred in H1 (which led to DD missing the following Stillwater game). While BU did have the lead at the half in that first meeting in the Phog, time and again this year we have seen KU play so-so H1 yet pull away in H2. Hopefully BU will see mostly our two good lineups noted in the story, and when Big Dave fills in for Dok he will continue his recent stellar play.

They certainly didn't see our best last time around, but we also had home court advantage.

I'd love nothing more, of course, than to come out on fire, silence their crowd and build a comfortable lead. Nevertheless there is SO much riding on this game...Baylor locking up their first Big 12 championship, sweeping the evil Jayhawks in the regular season, and establishing Scot Drew as the new "It Girl" of coaches. Kind of makes me sick to my stomach...that there's no doubt that they've never had a bigger opportunity in front of them and will be VERY motivated.

We really need to get a W. If we're able to pull it off, not only might we see the elusive and rare "crying cheerleader" (or even more elusive crying MALE cheerleader), but we might get a glimpse of the rare-as-a-unicorn-wearing-a-fruit-filled-sombrero weeping coach. Native to the Chapel HIll area of North Carolina, the weeping coach is seldom seen elsewhere unless it's migrating with a light blue flock. To see one in Waco Texas, no less, without its gander would be truly rare. Have to make sure I set the DVR just in case.

F..........ing yeah.

I believe he said something like that. That Chapel Hil creature is not quite the sweet, southern image that likes to be portrayed. But then again, who can blame him? That team really sucks this year as evidenced by yet another double digit collapse to Mr. Manning over there in Winston-Salem.

Anyone seen what Teague's status if for tomorrow? This is the only place I've seen his injury mentioned.

Okay, guess will have to answer my own ? Well the URL didn't work, so will do it the hard way. Go to ESPN - go to 2-22 scoreboard - find the KU-Baylor game - click on Gamecast - then click on Preview. Says Teague missed last two games and is a game-time decision for today. Didn't realize that he is their leading scorer - 14.4 ppg & 5 boards.
