No knocks on KJ. Great kid, but lived too deep in the rotation, so I understand his desire to take off. Nevertheless, this has to increase the odd that lil bro Dedric is hiring an agent.

I read someplace that KJ is getting married soon/already. Fresh start.

I think they mentioned it on air when we were playing, but I definitely heard it too. No idea where he's at with his degree, but he's 22 and been in school since 2015, so despite being a sophomore by playing time, he's probably a senior academically.
To me this is a very loud signal that Dedric is leaving and KJ doesn't want to stick around as a reserve player when he can go start somewhere else.

KJ graduates in May. He's getting married in July. I am pretty certain Dedric is gone too. If you look at the comments Matt Tait seems to be pretty dang sure Q or Dok or both are gone as well.

I don’t blame KJ or Dedric or Dok (guy sits a LOT from injuries....might as well get paid...although I’ll miss him loitering under the basket and hanging off the rim!).
Q, however? I worked at a number of places during my career and twice I was really NOT a good fit for the job.....discovered about a year in.
I get sad when players transfer...I initially think WE did something wrong....then I think of my own experiences. Nothing WRONG, per se, just not a good fit whatever the reason.

The last draft projection I saw only had Dedric and Dok in it. Both 2nd round.
Makes the Q thing seem crazy.

Thanks for sharing Hoshi! I don't think any of us remember that a lot of people don't have it as good as we might. It's why I think we should all focus on living the best life we can and not worry about what everyone else is doing. Because we are all just struggling to get through this life and we all overcome things at a different pace...
