Two more rules I would love to see changed: return the JUMP ball and not allowing players falling out of bounds to throw the ball off a player on the floor

I am still seeing a lot of illegal screens not being called. They are getting better on the ones at the ball but the ones when a guy is cutting and the defender is following and the screener sticks his arm out or his butt out to knock the defender off stride should be called IMHO. I find it often ignored even if the person setting the screen changes direction several times to block the defender like they are pass protecting in football.

There was an absolutely egregious moving screen last night. It was by one of the SDSU big men against Devonte', I think, early in the first half. Dunno how the refs missed that.

I totally agree Mom, I hate the "throwing the ball off an opponent" on the way out of bounds. Aggravated assault I say.
