Putting games into tiers with top tier being the 4 toughest games, tier 2 being the next 5 toughest games, tier 3 being the next 5 toughest games and tier 4 being the 4 weakest games. KU's schedule is pretty good. We have our 1st three games in tier 1 and 2. We close the season with the last 2 games being tier 3. But games 15 and 16 are the two toughest games back to back. Texas doesn't have a tier 1 game until game 7. Texas Tech is going to cement their top rank status or bust in the 1st 4 games having KU in game 2 and Oklahoma in game 4.

If reality followed a script prepared with those probabilities, the final conference records would be:
15-3 KU, OU, TT and WVU
8-8 BU, Texas and TCU
2-16 ISU, KSU and OSU
That would be one heck of a conference race, and note it ends with KU earning a share of a 14th straight conference title.
Of course, we don’t want no stinking tie at the end, we want it all to ourselves.
Going to be an extremely rough row to hoe this year.
Gotta have faith.
