Is it me, or has there been a larger than normal number of clock errors...

....especially in the latter part of the season?

It seems like the shot clock and/or game clock freezes more often than it should.

Just an observation...

Blame it on Buffalo Wild Wings! :P

Boggles the mind. Clocks are pretty mature technology to be this faulty.

My biggest pet peeve: LOUSY SOUND.
Let me explain: I was in the car yesterday afternoon listening to Kentucky/Wichita State. The crowd noise was bleeding into the announcers' mics so loudly that you couldn't hear them. If I turned up the volume, I got more crowd noise.

I've noticed this on several TV broadcasts too. The worst part is that it's totally easy to solve.
>Guy in the remote truck should be able to notice that the mix is wrong, then....
a.) have somebody check the microphone position and make sure that the mics are positioned properly and that the "talent" is using them correctly.
b.) consider using a different microphone that is more "directional" in what it picks up.
c.) if the problem persists, add baffling/screens around the announcers so that they can do their jobs...OR put them in a press box.
