I am so flipping sick and tired of this. YES he was STUPID. He didn't think. It was immature. He will pay. He committed a misdemeanor. It happened MONTHS ago. HE DAMAGED A CAR, he did not touch her...

Evidently the Star printed copies of the statements. I hesitate to say this but I think Calvert is hurt over being dumped by Vick and is going to take as many as possible out. Yes, Josh could have walked away and should have. She seems to have stoked the fire a few times.

I agree, it should be water under the bridge. One thing I've never understood, is what both men and women's basketball players were doing at a club at 2 a.m. on a weeknight??? Aren't there any curfews???
