BIG XII Standings after WVU beat ISU Friday night
SATURDAY'S SEASON FINALS
KU @OSU
BU @tu
TT @KSU
TCU @OU
TOURNAMENT MATCHUPS AFTER FIRST ROUND GAMES
1 KU
w 8v9 (8 TCU/TT; 9 OU unless TCU beats OU and tu beats BU, then tu)
...Winner plays winner of
4 BU
5 OSU
2 WVU (beat ISU 2x)
w 7v10 (7 TT/TCU; 10 tu unless TCU beats OU and tu beats BU, then OU)
...Winner plays winner of
3 ISU (even if BU beats tu Saturday, they split head-to-head, but ISU beat KU)
6 KSU
SO...
KU can't see WVU, ISU or KSU until the title game
KU can see BU in KU's 2nd game
KU's first game opponent, depending on who wins Saturday and then in round 1 Wednesday, could be
TCU or TT or OU or tu
I really like this layout in that WVU, ISU and KSU are all on the other side of the bracket.
BU projects to be KU's toughest challenge in getting to the title game.

My guess would be TCU. They are a very consistent team and that makes it less likely they can beat our guys.

I forgot to allow for the use of the 3 way tie rule, it changed the dynamic of the seeding.
So, it's #3 BU that ends up across the bracket from KU along with WVU, and #4 ISU can meet KU in the 2nd game on their side of the bracket.

No worries, HE, and thanks for the correction. I would rather play ISU than Baylor (in the semis) anyway. I think ISU is a better matchup for us AND to win the season serious. Then we beat WVU in the finals to win that season series as well. This, of course, if we finish off OSU tonight
