Some additional bets that might be interesting:
-How long will Self stay in? Could be a good poll question actually. Will he make it to the first TV timeout? Will he get yanked at the first stoppage? Perhaps and over/under of 3 minutes bet....
-Will Self score?
-Will they have a special play drawn up for him?
My guess would be that he'll get 2 or 3 minutes in unless things go south quickly. I think even Tyler would be ok with coming out quickly only to be returned to the floor with a few minutes left in the game and a big lead. As a starter, there's a lot of pressure to get the team off to a good start and not screw up. Coming in during garbage time means that a jacking semi-ill-advised 3 pointer won't result in dire consequences.
