A little something to pass the time while waiting to clinch the whole shebang down in Austin on our way to one last game in The Phog for seniors Frank, Landen and Tyler, as well as Frosh Phenom Josh and perhaps Devonté (but I hope DG comes back for his senior year!).
NB: I am searching for the answers to these as I post this. Some are pretty obvious, most require doing some research unless you are lucky enough to be reading an article published in conjunction with the upcoming OU game or just have a head for this stuff like our old friend Doug did. Whatever happened to him? Anyone?
If you have other questions on this topic, please contribute!
And thanks!
1. When did Senior Night/Day start at KU?
2. Who started it?
3. How many Senior Nights/Days have their been?
4. Are all KU season final home games Senior games?
5. What is KU's record in Senior Night/Day games?
6. Who was the opponent for the first Senior Night/Day?
7. When was the last time our beloved Jayhawks lost on Senior Night/Day, and who was the spoilsport?
8. How many of those were weekday night games as opposed to Saturday day games?
9. How many Senior Night/Day game clinched at least a share of the conference title for KU?
Hope you enjoy, and thanks for your help in documenting the answers!
